Business Analyst
The ScheduleSoft Professional Services team is seeking a Business Analyst. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for process analysis, documentation, configuration, and implementation of our software. Use your talents and problem-solving ability to analyze client requirements, develop scheduling strategies custom to the client, and ensure successful implementation of projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Duties
The required job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analysis and documentation of scheduling requirements, process flows, use cases, testing scenarios, and training plans
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and verbal and written communication skills
- Working closely with the client team, as well as the development team
- Data collection and software configuration
- Documenting solution and creating training materials
- Conducting training sessions
- Provide customer support via phone
- Available to travel nationally up to 75%

Software Engineer
The Software Engineer position at ScheduleSoft is challenging and rewarding. Our team of highly-skilled Software Engineers supports our existing software package and develops our upcoming software releases. This position participates in all aspects of the SDLC.
Job Duties
The required job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Gathering and analyzing data for the development of functional and system design specifications
- Designing methods and procedures to be used during the construction of new systems and applications during the programming activities
- Developing new and modifying and main maintaining existing applications.
- Documenting technical manuals, programs, and procedures
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
- Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Software Project Manager
The Software Project Manager reports to the VP of Professional Services and will successfully manage projects of various sizes and durations throughout the project cycle on time and within budget. As a leader of the project team, you are responsible to manage all aspects of a project and project resources.
Job Duties
The required job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide leadership throughout the analysis and documentation of scheduling requirements, process flows, use cases, testing scenarios, and training plans
- Work closely with the project team, client team and software develoment team
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, status reports and other documentation
Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree - 5 Years Experience in a project management role, preferably managing projects in software development
- Project Management certification a plus
- Skilled at organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Excellent skills at managing and leading people, setting expectations and providing feedback for success
- Strong communication skills and meeting facilitation skills
- Attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
- Thrive in a fast pace environment with changing demands and multiple priorities
