ScheduleSoft Corporation offers three low-cost, high quality health insurance plans through Group Health Cooperative, two HMO options and one PPO option.  All deductions are exempt from Federal, State and FICA taxes. Included is a vision discount plan at no cost.

We offer an excellent dental plan through Delta Dental that pays 100% of diagnostic and preventive services each year with an annual maximum benefit toward basic and restorative services of $2,000 per year. 

A 401K option is available to employees after six months of employment.  The Safe Harbor program provides 100% employer matching up to 3% and 50% employer matching from 3%-5%.  The Safe Harbor matching contribution is 100% vested.

ScheduleSoft Corporation provides $25,000 of group term life insurance as well as Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage and fully funds the Long Term Disability program for employees.   Employees are also able to add additional life insurance and short term disability at minimal cost through payroll deduction.

Our travel policy allows employees that travel to keep frequent flyer and hotel points for their personal use.

Worldwide emergency travel assistance services are available when traveling for business or pleasure in a foreign country, or just 100 miles or more away from home.  

We provide paid time off including vacation, sick leave and paid holidays.

Employees can get free, confidential assistance with issues such as individual or family counseling, work/life conflicts and legal and financial services.  The EAP website also provides information for Estate planning; advance directive of living will; Power of Attorney; Final arrangements memorandum.
