Gregory Flessas, Founder and CEO Gregory Flessas is the Founder of ScheduleSoft. During his research at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Gregory developed optimized assignment algorithms which eventually became the heart of the ScheduleSoft product. His decision science research helped move workforce scheduling from a tactical task to a strategic advantage.  After 14 years Gregory is still a daily part of the ScheduleSoft organization helping drive the strategy and growth of the company.
			Kenneth Finkel, Executive Vice President
			Ken has a 20+ year history in Supply Chain Execution Software strategic account management, sales and business development experience at companies including RedPrairie, Manhattan Associates and Voxware. Since joining ScheduleSoft in 2005, he has been responsible for both sales and management of enterprise-wide implementation of ScheduleSoft’s solutions across industries. In his current role, Ken has management responsibility of ScheduleSoft’s implementation, project management and customer support organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Rochester.
			Jonathan Edwards, VP Professional Services Jonathan brings more than 16 years of experience delivering user materials and services to ScheduleSoft. He is the creator of our scalable implementation methodology and manages our Professional Services team. His organization's goal is to help customers convert their requested solutions into measurable, cost-saving results. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Technical Communications from Northern Illinois University.
			Oleg Frantskevich, VP Software Development Oleg brings more than 15 years of experience delivering commercial and enterprise technology to ScheduleSoft. Oleg leads technology strategy and product development of the company's market leading workforce scheduling solutions. He came to ScheduleSoft having very strong academic background and knowledge of applying sophisticated mathematical models for solving complex engineering tasks working as a scientist in the institute of Engineering Cybernetics at the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. He holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Belarusian State University.
