A message from our CEO
As we enter our 15th year as a company, we are looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead for us. 2010 was an incredible year for ScheduleSoft and 2011 promises to be even more exciting.
Over the course of the last two years, ScheduleSoft has experienced significant growth. As we move into 2011, we are positioned better than ever for another phenomenal year. We continue to increase our headcount in support of this growth and our expansion into global markets.
We are developing significant partnerships as we expand into new geographies and more fully integrate with other leading technologies. The value of our product continues to grow with new enhancements and we look forward to sharing with you some significant new developments in 2011.
I am pleased to be able to say we have many customers who have been using ScheduleSoft for more than 10 years and we are actively building and strengthening our user community. This past year we launched our quarterly Tech-Ed program to provide our users with the information and training they need to get the most from their investment in ScheduleSoft.
We are meeting with leaders in every industry who tell us they have tried, unsuccessfully, to implement other workforce scheduling solutions. This past year it has become clear through conversations with key people throughout the industry—analysts, ERP vendors, system integrators—that ScheduleSoft has the unique distinction of being able to handle challenges like complex business rules, labor union requirements, and unpredictable fluctuations in demand. All of this translates to cost reduction, improved efficiencies and a rapid return on investment. Because of this, we continue to experience momentum in winning new customers.
