ScheduleSoft incorporated in November of 1996 and began shipping its first desktop shift scheduling software in June of 1997. Our fast release date was the result of 5 years of academic research preceding incorporation, during which time we formulated the ideas and principles behind our proprietary shift-scheduling algorithm.
