- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales/presales experience in the ERP/Supply Chain software industry
- Demonstrable success in attaining quota
- Experience with a recognized selling methodology
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 80-90% within assigned territory with occasional national and international travel as needed
